I am a senior lecturer and historian of education, based at the University of Winchester, UK. My teaching engages with gender, history of education and the pedagogy of history. My main research interests and publications focus on Religion, Anglican Women’s philanthropy, agency and educational activism in the British Victorian and Edwardian nineteenth and early twentieth century.
